How Will You Measure Your Life?

This book was a wonderful read.  I've thought a lot about culture lately and just how many different levels of culture there are.  There is human culture, country culture, state culture, city culture, church culture, work culture, family culture, etc.  Each step of culture - defined - explains how we work in each environment, but not necessarily who we are.  Culture at work will have a huge impact on motivation and success.
